Majlis Hari Raya, Yebisu beer, Ueno seafood.

my first outing to Tokyo since I came back.
attended an event organized by the embassy, a majlis hari raya together with the Malaysian Minister of Tourism, Datuk Seri Dr Ng Yen Yen.
venue was a M'sian restaurant, Rasa in Ginza.
the whole thing is, yea so M'sian.
we get to enjoy M'sian cuisine in Japan is like HEAVEN. trust me.
nasi lemak, satay, curry mee was great.
speeches from all the BIG guyz, kay not gonna share anything nor talk about it. don't ask why or whatever sh**. :))
read on Malaysia woos Japanese senior citizens to find out what was shared on the day. reporter from The Star was there too. :)

anyway this is the only photo of the event taken via iPhone. too shy to lift up my camera. haha.

met with dongsheng, yangherk and siangthye after that.
went to yebisu, ehemmm just because I've never been to there. haha.

Beer Festival #1.

Beer Festival #2.

Yebisu was great, Yebisu Garden Place was marvellous with nice buildings. not those japanese-like ones but european-like ones. :P
luck was on our side as we get to enjoy a beer festival held that day! :))

Got to wear this whenever u buy your first beer there. so that you don't get caught for being young drinkers(?) but they didn't even check when we bought. -.-

Siangthye.
Dongsheng.

Yangherk.

You guyz must be wondering what is it all about for the last 3 photos.
it was to decide who is going to throw the plastic cups. siangthye, who DIDN'T even drank went. lol

We then decided to meet up with Agung, an Indonesian Oyama senior of us last year, who is now already a university student. our meeting place was initially Roppongi, once again because I've never been there yet (haha!) but rain was pouring. :(
went all the way to Ueno and it took around 1 hour to decide what to eat. haha.

Seafood don.

There's a street named Ameyoko which sells all kinds of things. particularly those u can rarely get from supermarkets. saw mooncakes too, but yea I got some tasty homemade ones u see. :P *thanks mum!!*
decided to get some seafood, and was great!

Summer Break in M'sia

30 days just flew by, for sure it wasn't enough AGAIN for time wast-er like me.
after getting my driving license, wasn't so productive anymore.
outing with friends occupied most of my time.
as usual, with the bunch of 'KP' friends. no. not for kepo but for kadet polis. lol
just one primary school's gathering. ah, wasn't that interesting. SKIP. haha

10 of our KP gang headed down to Ipoh for a 1 day trip.
started our journey around 6 in the morning and went for dim sum at a famous restaurant, Foh Shan.
not quite sure what is it famous about though. nice interior? long queue? choice of dim sum?
nah, i'm not saying bad words of it in a good way, just mentioning things that amazed me. lol

super boring faces waiting for empty tables. lol

next was Lost World of Tambun.
luck was surely on our side that day.
was crossing the road, dividing the entrance and the parking lot in front. then there came an aunty in a BIG car.
'Ah boy, come come... '
everyone thought here comes a passby wanting to ask direction huh.
she told us that we can get a free ticket with every purchase of SinChew Daily newspaper.
not only that, she offered 5 for free! RM38 RM19 for the pass! Yeah!
again, not so impressed man. *oppss*
we ended up renting a volleyball and had some matches by the beach.

starving like hell, we got to Jusco Kinta City. amazing for me to remember the name, mainly becoz they were mentioning it like hundred of times while keying in Papago GPS.
sushi king for lunch+tea break+dinner.
my first karaoke session in M'sia and with the guyz.
as usual, I kept quiet aside sipping my drink while they enjoying chinese songs. haha.
tried some Japanese songs but those were just too outdated. sorry lar guyz. haha.

again, I we did embarassing things again. luckily it was Ipoh, not Penang. haha.
by the way, from which part of this world came to the suggestion that Ipoh is the factory of prettaay girls huh?

oh, pretty sorry we didn't really enjoy any photo session honestly. those above were just bits from my iPhone. outing with guyz are like tat. :)

('traffic on the Penang bridge is moving slow...' Hitz.fm's traffic ranger reporting... aww, I miss home~!)

just days before I came back to this coldland, visited the dentist to remove my wisdom tooth, as seems that i'm too clever. lol.
one of my buddy who did the same came to this quote, "is feeling stupid after having my WISDOM tooth removed"- Chun Chang. haha.

Last minute grap of M'sia,

Chicken curry bread(?)

Bak Kut Teh.

Guan Yin Temple.

Hawker. *not Eurpoeans :P*

Regretting for not spending more time on'em.

failed to finish it. next trip maybe.

May I next present you,
THE WORLD MOST DANGEROUS PLACE.

My superdupercomfy bed, (with my favourite bedsheet :P)

9 more days before school reopen.
time to adjust. god bless.

KTJ Visit

There was an event back in my old school where I learned my first Japanese hiragana. The name changed to KTJ (Kumpulan Teknikal ke Jepun?) from PPKTJ (Pusat Persediaan Kajian Teknikal ke Jepun), the location changed to INTEC, Shah Alam from UTM, Jalan Semarak, I wonder if I should still call it MY old school. Haha.

It was so happening even before I reached the place. I took KTM from Subang Jaya to Shah Alam. And yea, KTM is always the same. Changing the arrival time of the train was UNBELIEVABLE especially for people who got used to the trains in Japan. When I hopped on the train, people was like staring at me. 'Never saw such good-looking guy izit?' lol. I looked around and there were more and more pairs of eyes looking at me. Something must have gone wrong. Guess what, I was on the WOMEN COACH!! WTH. I quickly ran to the next coach to hide myself. haha. Learned from my friends that it was newly introduced recently since that there're more and more 'wolves' who takes advantage on the girls when u know, the train is cramped. Of course it ain't a new thing for me but in Japan we just have it during peak hours not for the whole day. Luckily I was on my sunglasses, hopefully no one reconigzed me. :P

I was 1 hour late for the opening, but late is always better than nothing isn't it? :P Great enough to meet one of my beloved Sato sensei once I got out from the toilet. Don't worry I went to the gent this time. haha.

We had a Q&A session for around 1 hour at the morning and there comes the juniors asking this and that like we were 2 years back. :) Felt kinda sorry for them as I just able to answer questions about Mechanical Engineering but not for other fields. Should had done some 'research' on my batch mates before going. duh.

While they had their next session with Japanese lecturers, we seniors went to visit our Japanese lecturers at the lecturers office. Glad to meet Ito Seiko sensei and also Uno Yoko sensei once again. And they remained unchanged as when I first left. 'Remain as young as ever?' Uno sensei asked. 'Hmmm...' :P Next we were brought to one of the 1st year juniors class room. Their batch were much smaller than us, 57 compared to the normal 75+. Malaysia no money mah. Found a guy who came from the same hometown as mine, Bukit Mertajam. :)) And 3 from Penang (the best place in this planet)! :P

Next, lunchtime. Had my lunch with the 2nd year juniors, when I started asking names of theirs and remembering them. Even a test of their names given by them after that man. haha. Ivy, Lee Yee, Thomas, William, Kelvin, Jie, Siew Jin, Jennifer, Min Chong, Yang Wei, Sharon, Bin Wei, Kar Yee, Natasha, Mei Shen and... many more... haha. Not bad huh. (actually I wrote them while seeing one of their tagged photos in fb. haha!) Don't worry, still I remember you guys. :))
btw, I met 2 of my juniors of Cadet Police in Jit Sin! Felt really great to meet them after years. I must admit the new place is much more better than ours back in UTM where you get to know more people from different places who are going to different places, a bigger network.
It's just that we can even walk to KLCC last time. :P

The afternoon session started with the 2nd part of talk from Japanese lecturers, followed by group discussion, which was actually conducted mainly by lecturers again. lol. It was BORING. May I skip this? :P

Things were grand and formal this year compared to the previous ones. They got college lecturers from Japan to give talk about courses, brief introduction about their colleges. Though it made us, seniors who were there looked useless. lol. Back then,we didn't had any lecturers from Japan and seniors who were the ones conducting the whole event where we got the chance get closer with those juniors with non-stop crapping session. KTJ Workshop named the event but ehemm, don't think it's purely just a normal workshop.

Picture took during lunchbreak.

Syok sendiri junior #1 (Sharon). :P

Syok sendiri junior #2 (Mei Shen). :P

Group photo with the girls.

I REALLY WANTED to snap with the guys but just right after that they started the event man. FOR REAL!!
Group photo of those who were involved.

Sorry guys but these are the BEST quality & BEST angle of photos I have. :(
Yea, of course it wasn't a waste to go all the way from Penang down to Shah Alam just to meet them. :P They were so young (erm, just 1 year younger than me though. haha) and so so so cute! :))

Totally a fun bunch of people, can't wait to see ya guys in another piece of land in 5 months time!
